As of September 30, 2026, SeaRenity Too has officially passed into the hands of new owners, bringing our chapter in Orange Beach to a close.

We have truly enjoyed our time here. Owning a little piece of the Alabama Gulf Coast gave us the chance to experience Orange Beach as more than just visitors, and there is a lot we’re going to miss.

We’ll miss those beautiful white-sand beaches, the warm, clear waters of the Gulf, and the evenings when the sky seemed to turn every possible shade of orange as the sun disappeared over the horizon. Some sunsets really did stop you in your tracks.

But what makes Orange Beach special goes well beyond the beach. The people here have always been incredibly kind and welcoming. True Southern hospitality is alive and well on the Alabama Gulf Coast. It’s the kind of place where the person behind the counter at the store calls you honey or sweetheart — not because they know you, but because that’s simply what you do in the South. There’s a warmth and friendliness here that makes you feel at home, whether you’re staying for a week or lucky enough to own a place here.

And, of course, we will definitely miss the food.

We found some favorites over the years that became part of our Orange Beach routine: beachfront meals and sunsets at CoastAL Orange Beach — and a little advice: do not miss the pimento cheese appetizer. Trust us on this one. — seafood and sushi at Big Fish Restaurant, waterfront dinners at Barometer Waterfront Grille, and the beautiful setting and wonderful meals at Jesse’s On The Bay. Those are places we’ll happily return to whenever we find ourselves back on the Alabama coast.

Most of all, we’re grateful for the memories made at SeaRenity Too and for everyone who stayed with us, followed our adventures, recommended a favorite restaurant or simply enjoyed this little corner of the Gulf along with us.

Selling SeaRenity Too is bittersweet, but it feels like the right time to turn the page. We hope its new owners enjoy it every bit as much as we did and make plenty of their own Orange Beach memories there.

And for those who have stayed at SeaRenity Too — or those who still have it on their Orange Beach wish list — the good news is that the house will continue to be available as a vacation rental. It will remain with the same management company, so guests will still be able to book a stay and enjoy the house, the beach and everything we’ve loved about this special place.

There really is only one farewell soundtrack: Jimmy Buffett’s “When the Coast Is Clear.”

It seems like a pretty fitting way to say goodbye.

So long, SeaRenity Too. Thanks for the sunsets, the Gulf breezes, the good food and the memories.
